RIADVICE Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of the Terms of Service (ToS) and ensures the responsible and lawful use of RIADVICE services. By subscribing, you agree to comply with this AUP. Completion of the ordering process constitutes full acceptance of both the ToS and this AUP.
1. Refund Policy
All payments to RIADVICE are final, as described in our Refunds and Disputes section. Subscribers should carefully review our terms prior to service initiation to fully understand billing and refund conditions.
2. Legal Use and Freedom of Speech
We support lawful free expression. However, subscribers may not use our services to host, share, or distribute illegal content. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to: piracy, unauthorized downloads, and material deemed unlawful under Tunisian or international law.
3. Content Guidelines
Content published via RIADVICE services must not be unlawful, indecent, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. RIADVICE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove or restrict content violating this policy. Legal adult material is permitted only if it complies with applicable laws.
4. Responsible Internet Usage
Subscribers are expected to use their Internet access responsibly. Misuse may result in suspension or termination. For questions, please contact our abuse team at abuse@riadvice.tn.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Harassment: Prohibited transmission of abusive or threatening material.
- Fraud: No fraudulent schemes, scams, or misleading offers.
- Copyright Infringement: No distribution of unauthorized copyrighted works.
- SPAM: Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial emails is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempts to breach accounts or systems are forbidden.
- Third-Party Accountability: Subscribers are responsible for violations committed by others using their account.
6. Security and Password Management
Subscribers must safeguard their credentials and prevent unauthorized access. You are liable for activities conducted through your account. Sharing login details is strictly prohibited.
7. Cooperation with Authorities
RIADVICE will cooperate with law enforcement and third parties to investigate suspected crimes or civil infractions linked to our services.
8. Reporting Violations
Violations of this AUP should be reported to: abuse@riadvice.tn.
9. Revisions
RIADVICE reserves the right to revise this AUP at any time. Updates will be communicated in line with our Terms of Service.
