We've been delighted with the support RIADVICE offered on their hosted BigBlueButton instance. The few issues we encountered in the run-up to the conference were fixed very quickly. We'd opted for the peace of mind of the platinum support during the event. We happily turned out not to need it, but I expect great things from it, as when immediately after the event ended on Sunday evening we'd reported a small and very non-urgent issue it took RIADVICE 7 minutes to acknowledge it, 6 to diagnose it and tell us about it and then 7 more to fix it and tell us about it. It could hardly have been any faster, and this was an issue with a recording, which could certainly have waited until business hours.
