RIADVICE Terms of Service (TOS)

By accessing and using RIADVICE.com (the “Service”), you agree to the following Terms of Service, which constitute a binding agreement between RIADVICE SUARL (“us”, “we”, “our”, or “the Company”) and you (“Subscriber”). These Terms, along with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), govern all use of RIADVICE services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Payment for or use of RIADVICE services constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and our AUP. Updates to the AUP may be published periodically. Continued use of the Services implies acceptance of any modifications.

2. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Tunisia. The exclusive venue for disputes shall be the courts located in Tunisia.

3. Export of Services

Customers paying from outside Tunisian territory are deemed non-residents and confirm that subscribed services are exclusively used outside Tunisia. All infrastructure for non-residents is delivered and accessed from servers outside Tunisian territory.

4. Intellectual Property

These Terms do not transfer to Subscribers any RIADVICE or third-party intellectual property. All rights, title, and interest remain solely with RIADVICE SUARL and its licensors.

5. Third-Party Services

When using RIADVICE Services, you may engage with third-party applications or integrations. Such services operate independently. RIADVICE is not responsible for damages, liabilities, or losses resulting from the use of any third-party service.

6. Service Rates and Payments

  • Invoices: Issued 7 days prior to subscription renewal.
  • Upfront Payment: All services require prepayment.
  • Late Payments: Services may be suspended if payment is not received. RIADVICE does not charge late or reconnection fees.
  • Disputes: Billing concerns must be raised within 60 days.

7. Refunds and Disputes

All payments are final. Refunds are not provided except where required by law. Disputes must be reported promptly within 60 days.

8. Support Channels

Subscribers must use official channels for support requests:

  • Telegram Bot (creates tickets)
  • Help Desk Portal
  • Dedicated Support Email

Direct communication with staff outside these channels will not be considered formal support requests.

9. Account Management

Subscribers are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, updating details, and notifying RIADVICE of breaches. Subscribers are liable for activities under their accounts.

10. Liability and Data Loss

RIADVICE is not liable for data loss or damages from service interruptions. Subscribers are strongly encouraged to maintain regular backups.

11. Content Responsibility

Subscribers are solely responsible for the content stored or published through their services. RIADVICE disclaims responsibility for third-party content.

12. Service Cancellation

Service cancellations must be submitted at least 8 days before the next billing cycle via official support channels. Failure to do so will result in the next invoice being due.

13. Termination

RIADVICE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time, with or without cause. Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, indemnity, and limitations of liability survive termination.

14. Disclaimer

RIADVICE Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use of the Services is at your sole risk.

15. Indemnification

Subscribers agree to indemnify and hold harmless RIADVICE against claims, damages, or losses arising from violations of the TOS or AUP.

16. Amendments

RIADVICE may amend these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided at least 60 days in advance via website, email, or other communication channels. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the AUP, constitute the entire agreement between RIADVICE and the Subscriber. Assignment without prior written consent is prohibited. Waivers of breach shall not be deemed waivers of future breaches.
