Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website riadvice.com and of every product, service, application and platform that RIADVICE SUARL makes available. They form a binding agreement between RIADVICE SUARL (“RIADVICE”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and you. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Services.
The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms. The Service Level Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the GDPR Compliance Statement are published alongside them and use the same definitions.

3. Scope of these Terms
These Terms apply to every Service, whether paid or free. As examples, and without limitation, they cover:
- managed BigBlueButton hosting and its add-ons, such as recordings and high-quality MP4 recordings, analytics dashboards, the Learning Analytics Report, load balancing (for example ZcaleRight) and integrations with learning and training management platforms such as Moodle or Digiforma;
- Software, such as the BBB One application;
- applications that RIADVICE operates for Customers, such as file sync and sharing (for example SahabDrive), e-commerce (for example ReadyToCommerce) and contact and mailing middleware (for example SyncReach);
- Public Platforms (for example MyKitBuild);
- Open-Source Projects (for example WebSummoner, Placepix and Sukarix), which are distributed under their own licences as Section 15 explains;
- Professional Services, including BigBlueButton consulting and expert support, load and stress testing (for example BlueBolts), software engineering, custom integrations, project management, OVHcloud professional services, cloud deployment, corporate websites, and logo, identity, marketing, publishing and packaging design.
The products named above are examples. RIADVICE may add, rename or withdraw products, and these Terms apply to them as they exist at the time of use.
4. Acceptance and capacity
You accept these Terms when you first do any of the following: access or use a Service, create an account, place an order, sign an Order Form or Contract, or pay an invoice. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and “you” then means that organisation.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. Public Platforms may set a minimum age as described in Section 10.
5. Order of precedence
If documents conflict, the following order applies, from highest to lowest:
- a Contract or Order Form signed or accepted by RIADVICE, including any data processing agreement attached to it;
- the Product Terms of the Service concerned;
- the Service Level Agreement;
- these Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy.
A lower document applies to everything that a higher document does not address. Terms printed on a Customer’s purchase order, supplier portal or similar document do not apply, even if RIADVICE accepts the order, unless RIADVICE has expressly agreed to them in a signed document. The Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the GDPR Compliance Statement are information notices. Where RIADVICE processes Personal Data on a Customer’s behalf, the processor commitments in Section 4 of the GDPR Compliance Statement form part of the agreement unless a signed data processing agreement replaces them.
6. Accounts and security
- Some Services require an account, for example on the RIADVICE customer portal. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Do not share credentials. Each User should have their own access where the Service allows it.
- Tell RIADVICE without delay through an official support channel if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or a security incident.
- The Customer is responsible for the accounts it creates for its Users, for the permissions it grants them and for removing access that is no longer needed.
- RIADVICE may require stronger authentication, reset credentials or temporarily block access where it reasonably suspects a compromise.
7. Orders, Fees and payment
- An order becomes binding when RIADVICE confirms it in writing or starts to provide the Services. Unless it states otherwise, a quotation is valid for thirty (30) days.
- Fees are stated exclusive of taxes. The Customer pays all applicable taxes, duties and bank charges, including transfer and currency conversion fees. Where the law requires the Customer to withhold tax on a payment, the Customer provides the official withholding certificate without delay. For Customers outside Tunisia, unless the Order Form states otherwise, the Customer pays any additional amount needed so that RIADVICE receives the full invoiced amount.
- Invoices: subscription invoices are issued seven (7) days before each renewal date.
- Advance payment: unless the Order Form states otherwise, all Services are payable in advance, and Professional Services may be invoiced in instalments or milestones as the Order Form sets out.
- Late payment: if an invoice is not paid when due, RIADVICE may, after a reminder giving at least seven (7) days to pay, suspend the Services concerned under Section 18.
- Billing disputes: any concern about an invoice must be raised in writing within sixty (60) days of the invoice date. The Customer pays any undisputed part on time, and both parties work in good faith to resolve the disputed part.
- Price changes: RIADVICE may change its prices for a renewal period by giving notice before the renewal date, by email or on the Website. A Customer who does not accept the new price may cancel before the renewal under Section 8.
- No refunds: Fees paid are not refundable, in whole or in part, including on termination, suspension, cancellation or a change to the Services.
8. Term, renewal and cancellation
- Subscriptions run for the period stated in the Order Form and renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled.
- Cancellations must be submitted through an official support channel at least eight (8) days before the next billing date. If notice arrives later, the next period’s invoice is due and the cancellation takes effect at the end of that period.
- Professional Services end when they are completed or as the Order Form provides. Work performed up to the date of termination, and costs committed for the Customer that cannot be cancelled, remain payable.
Consumers. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights that Consumers have under the mandatory law of their country of residence.
9. Use of the Services and Customer responsibilities
- The Customer and its Users must use the Services in accordance with these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Documentation and applicable law.
- The Customer is responsible for its Users, for the Customer Content and for the instructions it gives RIADVICE. A breach by a User is treated as a breach by the Customer.
- Where the Customer uses the Services to process Personal Data, for example in online classes, meetings, recordings or mailing lists, the Customer is responsible for having a legal basis, informing the persons concerned and obtaining any consent required, including before recording a session.
- The Customer is responsible for its own equipment, network connections, browsers, operating systems and third-party accounts used with the Services.
- Unless the Order Form expressly includes backups as part of the Service, the Customer must keep its own copies of Customer Content that matters to it. Where RIADVICE performs backups, they are a measure to restore the Service and not a guarantee that every version of the data can be recovered.
10. Public Platforms
This Section applies to Public Platforms, in addition to any Product Terms of the platform concerned.
- Age: you must be at least thirteen (13) years old, or any higher age that the platform states or that the law of your country requires for consenting to online services without a parent’s or guardian’s consent. Where that consent is needed, you may use the platform only with it.
- Your content remains yours. When you publish content on a Public Platform, you grant RIADVICE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical purposes (for example to resize images), display and distribute it within the platform and in previews and links to it, only as needed to operate and promote the platform. Content you keep private is not covered by this licence.
- The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that other users have already shared or downloaded, copies held in backups until they are overwritten, and copies that RIADVICE must keep by law or to handle a dispute or a report.
- You must have the rights to what you publish and must not publish other people’s Personal Data without a lawful basis.
- Anyone may report content. RIADVICE may review, hide or remove content, and restrict or close accounts, where it reasonably believes that the content or conduct breaches these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or the law. RIADVICE has no general obligation to monitor content. You may contest a decision through the platform’s support channel.
11. Customer Content
- As between the parties, the Customer and its Users keep all rights in the Customer Content. RIADVICE claims no ownership of it.
- The Customer grants RIADVICE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, for as long as RIADVICE provides the Services and for the periods in Section 25, to host, store, copy, back up, transmit, process, convert (for example to produce MP4 recordings), analyse (for example to produce the dashboards and reports the Customer has ordered) and display Customer Content, only as necessary to provide, secure and support the Services, to follow the Customer’s instructions and to comply with the law.
- The Customer confirms that it has all rights, licences and consents needed for the Customer Content and for this licence, and that the Customer Content does not infringe any third-party right or law.
- RIADVICE may collect technical and usage data generated by the operation of the Services, such as logs, performance metrics and configuration data (“Service Data”). RIADVICE uses Service Data to operate, secure, support and improve the Services. Where Service Data contains Personal Data processed for a Customer, RIADVICE uses it only in accordance with Section 20, and it uses Service Data for other purposes only in aggregated or anonymised form that identifies neither the Customer nor any individual.
- RIADVICE may remove or disable access to Customer Content where it is required to by law or by a competent authority, where it receives a substantiated notice that the content is unlawful, or where the content breaches the Acceptable Use Policy. RIADVICE will tell the Customer unless the law or the urgency of the situation prevents it.
12. RIADVICE intellectual property
- RIADVICE and its licensors keep all rights in the Services, the Software, the Website, the Documentation, their designs and their underlying technology. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property right to the Customer or to Users, except the limited rights expressly granted.
- Subject to these Terms and to payment of the Fees, RIADVICE grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right, for the subscription period, to access and use the Services, and to allow its Users to do so, for its internal purposes.
- Unless an open-source licence or mandatory law allows it, you must not copy, modify, translate, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Services or the Software, create derivative works from them, resell, rent or sublicense them, use them to build a competing service, or remove proprietary notices.
- You must not bypass or disable any technical measure that limits the use of a Service or of the Software, including licence checks, usage limits and access controls.
- RIADVICE’s names, logos and product names are its trademarks. They may not be used without RIADVICE’s prior written consent.
- If you send RIADVICE suggestions or feedback, RIADVICE may use them freely and without any obligation to you.
13. Software and applications
- Software is licensed, not sold. Its use is governed by these Terms, by any Product Terms and, where it is obtained from an application store, also by that store’s terms. Where Software contains open-source components, Section 15 applies to them.
- Some Software is licensed for use only with specified servers, domains or hosts, for example those covered by a RIADVICE hosting or support service. Such Software may check this technically and may refuse to operate with a server that is not covered. RIADVICE describes the data these checks involve in its Privacy Policy and in the documentation of the Software.
- Software may connect to services that RIADVICE does not operate, such as a BigBlueButton server run by the Customer or by a third party. RIADVICE is not responsible for those services, their availability or their processing of data.
- RIADVICE may release updates and may require you to install them to keep using the Software or to receive support.
14. Professional Services
- Scope: Professional Services are described in the Order Form. Work outside that description, or changes to it, are handled by a written change request and may change the Fees and timetable.
- Estimates: unless the Order Form states a fixed price, time and cost estimates are given in good faith but are not binding, and work is invoiced on the basis of time spent at the agreed rates.
- Cooperation: the Customer provides in good time the information, decisions, content, access and approvals reasonably needed. RIADVICE is not responsible for delays or extra costs caused by the Customer or by its other suppliers, and may adjust the timetable and Fees accordingly.
- Acceptance: unless the Order Form provides another procedure, a deliverable is deemed accepted if the Customer does not report a material non-conformity in writing within ten (10) working days of delivery or as soon as the Customer uses it in production, whichever comes first. RIADVICE corrects reported non-conformities that it is responsible for.
- Ownership of deliverables: on full payment of the related Fees, the Customer owns the deliverables created specifically and exclusively for it under the Order Form, such as custom code, final designs and final website content, unless the Order Form provides otherwise. RIADVICE keeps all rights in its pre-existing materials, tools, libraries, templates, frameworks, know-how and generic components, and in drafts and concepts that the Customer did not select. Where such elements are incorporated in a deliverable, RIADVICE grants the Customer a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use them as part of that deliverable.
- Third-party elements: deliverables may include open-source components, fonts, images or other third-party material, each governed by its own licence. RIADVICE will identify licences that impose material obligations on the Customer. Material supplied by the Customer remains its responsibility, and the Customer confirms it has the rights to let RIADVICE use it.
- Customer environments: when RIADVICE works in an environment that the Customer contracts directly, such as the Customer’s own OVHcloud account, the Customer remains the party to its contract with that provider, pays that provider’s fees and keeps responsibility for the account. RIADVICE is not liable for the provider’s performance or for its terms. The Customer grants RIADVICE only the access needed for the work and may withdraw it at any time.
- Load and stress testing: before any test, the Customer confirms in writing that it owns or is authorised to test every target system, and informs its own hosting providers where their terms require it. Tests are designed to place systems under heavy load and may degrade or interrupt them. Within the agreed scope and schedule, RIADVICE is not liable for such effects on the tested systems.
- References: unless the Customer objects in writing, RIADVICE may name the Customer and show its logo as a reference, and may show delivered designs and public websites in its portfolio, without disclosing any Confidential Information.
- RIADVICE may provide similar services to others, provided it does not use the Customer’s Confidential Information or deliverables that belong to the Customer.
15. Third-party services and open-source components
- The Services may interoperate with or rely on third-party products and services, such as learning management systems (for example Moodle), training management platforms (for example Digiforma), cloud providers (for example OVHcloud), application stores, payment providers and messaging services (for example WhatsApp or Telegram). They are governed by their providers’ own terms. RIADVICE does not control them and is not responsible for them or for any loss resulting from their use.
- If a third party changes or withdraws a product or interface that a Service relies on, RIADVICE will make reasonable efforts to adapt the Service but cannot guarantee that the integration will continue to work.
- BigBlueButton is open-source software developed by an independent community. RIADVICE is an independent provider of services around it. Names of third-party products are used only to identify them.
- Open-Source Projects published by RIADVICE, and open-source components included in the Services or deliverables, are governed by their own licences. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights those licences grant. To the extent the licence allows, they are provided “as is”, without warranty or support, unless a separate Order Form covers them.
- Contributions to RIADVICE’s Open-Source Projects are accepted under the project’s licence and any contribution rules published in the project.
16. Preview Offerings
RIADVICE may make Preview Offerings available, such as Software or applications published with an alpha or beta status. Preview Offerings are provided “as is” and “as available”, for evaluation. They may contain errors, may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice, are not covered by the Service Level Agreement and should not be relied on for critical or production use. To the extent permitted by law, RIADVICE gives no warranty and accepts no liability for Preview Offerings, beyond any liability that cannot be excluded under Section 22.
17. AI-assisted and automated features
Some Services may include features that use artificial intelligence or other automated processing, for example to transcribe, summarise, classify or analyse content. Where they do:
- outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Users should check them before relying on them, and they are not professional, legal, medical, financial or other advice;
- the Customer remains responsible for decisions it takes using outputs, and for any human review that applicable law requires;
- RIADVICE does not use Customer Content to train artificial intelligence models offered to third parties without the Customer’s agreement;
- where such a feature relies on a third-party provider that processes Personal Data, that provider is treated as a sub-processor or recipient under the GDPR Compliance Statement and the Privacy Policy.
18. Suspension
RIADVICE may suspend all or part of the Services, or a User’s access, where:
- an invoice remains unpaid after the reminder described in Section 7;
- the Customer or a User breaches the Acceptable Use Policy or materially breaches these Terms;
- the use of the Services creates a security risk, threatens the integrity or availability of the Services or of other customers, or could expose RIADVICE to liability;
- suspension is required by law, by a court or by a competent authority.
RIADVICE limits a suspension to what is reasonably necessary and gives notice beforehand where practicable. Where immediate action is needed, it gives notice as soon as possible afterwards. RIADVICE restores the Services once the cause has been resolved. Fees remain payable during a suspension caused by the Customer or its Users.
19. Confidentiality
“Confidential Information” means information disclosed by one party to the other that is marked confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential, including Customer Content, pricing, technical information and security information. It does not include information that is or becomes public through no fault of the receiving party, was lawfully known to it before disclosure, is lawfully received from a third party without restriction, or is developed independently.
Each party uses the other’s Confidential Information only to perform or exercise its rights under the agreement, protects it with at least reasonable care, and discloses it only to its personnel, subcontractors and advisers who need to know it and are bound by equivalent obligations. A party may disclose Confidential Information where the law or a competent authority requires it, after notifying the other party where the law allows. These obligations continue for five (5) years after the end of the agreement, and for as long as the information remains a trade secret or Personal Data.
20. Data protection
- For the Website, its own sales, billing, support and customer relationships, and the Public Platforms, RIADVICE acts as controller. Its Privacy Policy explains this processing.
- For Customer Content and other Personal Data processed in the Hosted Services or during Professional Services on the Customer’s behalf, the Customer is controller and RIADVICE is processor. RIADVICE then processes Personal Data only on the Customer’s documented instructions, under the commitments in the GDPR Compliance Statement or a signed data processing agreement.
- Each party complies with Applicable Data Protection Law in its role.
21. Warranties and disclaimers
- RIADVICE performs the Services with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with generally accepted industry practice, and the Hosted Services perform materially as described in their Documentation or Order Form.
- If a paid Service does not meet this commitment and the Customer reports it in writing within thirty (30) days, RIADVICE will, at its option, correct the Service or re-perform the work. If it cannot do so within a reasonable time, either party may terminate the affected Service. This is the Customer’s sole remedy for breach of this commitment, without prejudice to mandatory law.
- Except as expressly stated in these Terms or in an Order Form, and to the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. RIADVICE disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Network availability and hardware depend partly on hosting providers, as the Service Level Agreement explains.
22. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Subject to the previous paragraph and to the extent permitted by law:
- neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, even if it was advised of the possibility of such loss;
- RIADVICE is not liable for loss or corruption of data, except for the cost of restoring the data from the latest backup that RIADVICE was contractually required to keep;
- RIADVICE’s total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services, for all claims together, is limited to the Fees paid or payable by the Customer for the Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the first claim. For Services provided free of charge, no Fees are paid and RIADVICE has no liability, except to the extent that mandatory law prevents this exclusion;
- these limits do not apply to the Customer’s obligation to pay Fees or to its obligations under Section 23.
Consumers. If you are a Consumer, RIADVICE is responsible for loss or damage that is a reasonably foreseeable result of its breach of these Terms or its failure to use reasonable care and skill. The exclusions and the cap above apply to you only to the extent the law of your country of residence allows.
23. Indemnity
The Customer, if acting in the course of a business, will defend and indemnify RIADVICE, its directors, employees and subcontractors against any third-party claim, and against the resulting damages, fines, costs and reasonable legal fees, arising from the Customer Content, from use of the Services by the Customer or its Users in breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or the law, or from instructions the Customer gave RIADVICE. RIADVICE will notify the Customer promptly of the claim, let it control the defence where the law allows, and cooperate reasonably at the Customer’s expense. Consumers indemnify RIADVICE only to the extent the law of their country of residence allows.
24. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for a failure or delay in performing its obligations, other than payment obligations, caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Such events include natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, general failures of the internet, energy or telecommunications networks, failures of hosting or network providers that RIADVICE could not reasonably avoid, and large-scale cyberattacks. The affected party notifies the other promptly and takes reasonable steps to limit the consequences. If the event lasts more than sixty (60) days, either party may terminate the affected Service by written notice.
25. Termination and what happens to data
- The Customer may end a subscription as described in Section 8.
- RIADVICE may end a subscription or a free Service for convenience by giving at least thirty (30) days’ notice. No Fees are refunded.
- Either party may terminate the affected Services by written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and does not remedy the breach within fifteen (15) days of a notice describing it. RIADVICE may terminate immediately in case of a serious or repeated breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, or where continuing the Services would breach the law.
- On termination, the rights granted to the Customer end and all Fees due up to the termination date become payable.
- Unless the Order Form provides otherwise, the Customer may export its Customer Content, using the export features available or by request, during the thirty (30) days following termination, provided all Fees due have been paid. Assistance beyond the standard export features is charged at RIADVICE’s current rates.
- After that period, RIADVICE deletes Customer Content from its active systems. Copies in backups disappear as the backups are overwritten in their normal rotation. RIADVICE keeps only the records that the law requires it to keep, such as invoices and tax records, for the period the law sets, and continues to protect them.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply, including Sections 7 (for amounts due), 11, 12, 19, 22, 23, 25 and 31 to 33.
26. Changes to the Services
RIADVICE continuously develops its Services and may change them. RIADVICE will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid Service during the current subscription period, except where needed for security, legal compliance or because a third party withdraws a component. If RIADVICE discontinues a Service, it gives notice by email or on the Website before the discontinuation takes effect, where reasonably possible.
27. Changes to these Terms
RIADVICE may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms are published on the Website and take effect on the date shown at the end, or on any later date stated in them. RIADVICE may, but is not required to, inform you of an update by email, through the customer portal or on the Website, unless the law requires notice. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly. By continuing to access or use the Services after an update takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you must stop using the affected Services, and you may cancel them under Section 8. Where a Public Platform keeps a record of acceptance, RIADVICE may also ask you to accept the new version at your next sign-in. Updates to these Terms do not change a signed Contract unless the Contract refers to the current version of these Terms.
28. Support channels
Customers must use the official channels for support requests, so that every request is recorded and handled:
- the help desk portal (support.riadvice.com), including the live chat on the Website when it is available;
- the Telegram bot, which creates help desk tickets;
- the dedicated support email address given to the Customer.
Messages sent directly to individual staff members outside these channels are not formal support requests. Support hours and request priorities are set out in the Service Level Agreement.
29. Export of services and location of infrastructure
Customers paying from outside Tunisian territory are treated as non-residents and confirm that the Services they subscribe to are used exclusively outside Tunisia. For such Customers, the Hosted Services are delivered from, and accessed on, infrastructure located outside Tunisian territory.
30. Notices
- Notices to RIADVICE must be sent to contact@riadvice.com, or by post to RIADVICE SUARL, Appartement B1, Résidence Ramzi, 2074 Mourouj 5, Ben Arous, Tunisia. Notices of breach, termination or legal claims should also be sent by registered post or by email with confirmation of receipt.
- RIADVICE sends notices to the email address associated with the Customer’s account or Order Form, through the customer portal, or, for general changes, by publication on the Website. The Customer must keep its contact details up to date.
- Notices by email are treated as received on the next working day after sending, unless the sender receives a delivery failure message.
31. Assignment and subcontracting
The Customer may not assign or transfer its rights or obligations without RIADVICE’s prior written consent. RIADVICE may assign the agreement to an affiliate or to a successor in a merger, acquisition or transfer of all or part of its business, by notifying the Customer. RIADVICE may use subcontractors and remains responsible for the work they perform for it. Sub-processors of Personal Data are subject to the conditions in the GDPR Compliance Statement.
32. General provisions
- Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the documents listed in Section 5, form the entire agreement between the parties on their subject and replace any earlier discussion or understanding on it.
- Severability: if a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it is limited or replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to its purpose, and the rest of the Terms remain in force.
- No waiver: failing to enforce a right, or delaying it, is not a waiver of that right or of any later breach.
- Independent parties: the parties are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship.
- No third-party beneficiaries: these Terms do not give rights to anyone other than the parties, except where the law provides otherwise.
- Language: these Terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version prevails in case of difference, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
- Electronic records: the parties agree that electronic acceptance, electronic records and emails may be used as evidence of the agreement and of the notices exchanged.
33. Governing law and disputes
- These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from the Services, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tunisia.
- Before starting proceedings, the parties will try to resolve any dispute amicably for at least thirty (30) days from a written notice describing it. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent interim measures.
- Subject to the following paragraph, the courts of Tunis, Tunisia, have exclusive jurisdiction.
- If you are a Consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection given by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence where that law allows. If you are a Consumer resident in the European Union, RIADVICE may bring proceedings against you only before the courts of your country of residence.
34. Contact
For any question about these Terms, contact RIADVICE SUARL, Appartement B1, Résidence Ramzi, 2074 Mourouj 5, Ben Arous, Tunisia, at contact@riadvice.com. To report abuse, write to abuse@riadvice.tn. For questions about Personal Data, write to privacy@riadvice.tn.
