Digiforma runs your training organisation: modules, sessions, trainers, trainees and Qualiopi paperwork. The Digiforma Integration adds the live classroom. Every Digiforma module gets its own BigBlueButton classroom, named after it, and trainers and trainees reach it from the link in Digiforma, with nothing to set up per class.

There is nothing to keep in sync. The integration reads modules, training sessions, trainers and trainees from Digiforma's API at the moment someone joins, so a trainee added in Digiforma this morning can join this afternoon.

Sign in with the email Digiforma knows

Trainers and trainees enter with the email address already registered in Digiforma; nobody creates another account or remembers another password. Trainers join as moderators and trainees as participants, because that is what Digiforma says they are.

  • Trainers: start the class, and can lock participants' webcams before it begins.
  • Trainees: who arrive early wait on a holding page and join automatically the moment the trainer starts.
  • At the end: everyone returns to the module's page in Digiforma.

Attendance and recordings, filed where they belong

The welcome message in every class, in French and English, links trainees to the Digiforma electronic attendance sheet for their training session, so signatures are collected while the class is live. Every class can be recorded, and each recording is listed under its training session with its date, duration and replay.

With RIADVICE hosting, each recorded class also comes with a Learning Analytics Report, shown to trainers only: who attended, for how long and how they took part, the evidence a Qualiopi audit asks for.
